 ennessee Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition (MTMHSAC). The MTMHSA
 C was established to enable persons with mental illness and substance abus
 e disorders to express their creativity through art and to help combat sti
 gma within the community about mental illness\, alcohol and drug abuse by
