 ow for The Art and Craft of Screenwriting\, an eight week course covering 
 the essentials of creating\, writing and selling screenplays for film and 
 TV. The Screenwriting Course will meet weekly from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at Bor
 ders.\nThis comprehensive course will focus on creating the story idea\, s
 creenplay structure\, developing the plot and subplots\, creating dimensio
 nal characters\, constructing scenes\, writing effective dialogue\, protec
 ting creative work\, marketing the screenplay\, and much more.\nStudents w
 ill have the opportunity to write scenes and cast others in the class to b
 ring their writing to life.  And students will get valuable critiques on t
 heir writing to help grow their writing skills to effectively communicate 
 with a movie audience. The Art and Craft of Screenwriting will be taught b
 y Dyann S. Rivkin\, an award winning writer-producer with a decade of Holl
 ywood experience\, who has also taught this course at Belmont University a
