 anel of three of Nashville's most accomplished negotiators: Steve Groom\, 
 vice president and deputy general counsel of corrections corporation of Am
 erica\; Tony Giarratana\, president of Giarratana Development Inc.\; and J
 anet Miller\, Chief economic development and marketing officer of the Nash
 ville Chamber of Commerce. Many topics will be covered in the workshop suc
 h as understanding the dynamics of negotiation\, learning how to develop a
