Obsolete VHS and CRT equipment creates an electronic cinema 'time machine' back through the creation of a dance and media art work made by Benton-C Bainbridge with his collaborators: Ezra Bainbridge-Powers, Perrin Ireland, Erin Law, and Tony Youngblood.=0D=0A=Visitors to Seed Space enter a room with stacks of VHS cassettes. A large tube TV in the corner shows the output of a VCR atop a pedestal. The viewers choose from 50 tapes holding 14 hours of video made by Bainbridge and his creative partners while preparing for a live performance. The videos constitute an 'electronic sketchbook' of real-time recordings of rehearsals and studies, united by the theme of people and pixels in motion, painted with live electronics.=0D=0A=SLP! is a low-tech interactive art piece.
