Adult Painting Workshop: The Essence of Nature Part 1

Michele Herbert, artist and co-owner of Shimai Pottery, will lead participants in a discussion of works by Georgia O’Keeffe and Arthur Dove in the exhibition Georgia O’Keeffe and Her Times. The discussion will focus on the artists’ reduction of natural structures to their basic forms and their use of light and color to celebrate the natural world.
