Metro Youth Theatre in collaboration with Arts in the Parks is pleased to present Edward Mast's Jungalbook in the East Park Community Center Brown Box Theater. This award-winning adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's beloved story showcases the talents of nine teen actors through the keen direction of veteran professional Jon Royal. These actors, coming from both public and private local schools, breathe new life into the familiar Kipling tale, tackling themes of danger and betrayal, friendship and loyalty, with a stylistic approach that makes for a great evening of family-friendly theater.
