The Nashville Urban 10K (U-10K) is a Memorial Day Weekend 10K run/walk on Saturday, 24 May 2008 in downtown Nashville. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Nashville Civic Design Center. U-10K promises a memorable race route past many of downtown Nashville's historic and cultural sites. U-10K is managed by the Nashville Striders, Middle Tennessee’s largest running club. U-10K drew nearly 400 runners in the Inaugural Race in 2007. Awards will be given for the top three finishing racers in each category.
