The Herb Society of Nashville will be having its annual Herb and Plant Sale at the Tennessee Fairgrounds, Sports Arena, Nashville on April 19, 2008. The sale features over 18,000 plants, representing over 200 herb varieties. Plants are arranged alphabetically for ease in shopping and shoppers receive a handy guide for growing and using herbs. The “answer ladies” will be on hand to answer questions regarding planting, growing and using herbs. We will have ”personal shoppers” to assist with your shopping. New this year, will be baskets of various lemon scented herbs for sale. Sponsored by the Herb Society of Nashville. Proceeds fund the not-for-profit Cheekwood Herb Study garden and the Centennial Herb Garden.
