Delbert McClinton will again headline Nashville Children's Theatre's 11th Annual Benefit Concert! You can trace Delbert McClinton's impact on popular music back to the early '60s, when one of the things he did was introduce the Beatles (in particular John Lennon) to the potency and lure of blues harmonica while in London. McClinton has been involved in almost every phase and era of American popular music since then, and his singing and playing easily blend blues, country and rock aspects into a singular and excellent personal approach. As always, we will be eager to learn what special guests he'll bring with him for the evening's concert. Past surprise guests have included Marcia Ball, Raul Malo, John Hiatt and Michael McDonald. The evening also includes a silent auction.
