Mother's Day Explosion with soul, quiet storm band MAZE featuring Frankie Beverly and special guest KEM. Maze was established in San Francisco in the early 1970s and can more or less be considered as the project of former member ; being songwriter, record producer, arranger, singer, keyboardist and guitarist Frankie Beverly who was previously with The Butlers and later Raw Soul. Beverly’s smooth, distinct voice is instantly recognized, and Maze’s laid-back, bass driven musical arrangements differ a lot from other soul acts. Their signature sound is especially vivid on the classic "Live in New Orleans."

Maze is the only band that sounds like their CD. It does not gets better than that. The old School groove that gives the people a sense of unity. Maze never have to make music demographical. One has to come on their own and not just listen to the group but feel it. If you are young I am going to tell you like Frankie said it, yall don't know nothing about no Maze. Fellows wear your Frankie Cap and women wear a smile. Collapse
