Jamey is an internationally-known saxophonist and authority on jazz education and improvisation. He developed a series of Play-A-Long recordings that now numbers over 120 volumes. The recordings employ some of the best jazz musicians in the world, and let the musician practice and improvise with well-known jazz personalities. This concept has changed the practice habits of thousands of musicians around the world. He has led the world-renowned Summer Jazz Workshops for almost 40 years, and is on the faculty at the University of Louisville.

For this performance Jamey brings his quartet, which includes Indianapolis-based Steve Allee (piano) and Louisville-based Tyrone Wheeler (bass) and Jonathan Higgins (drums).
