Ace Frehley was an original member and lead guitarist for the legendary heavy metal, rock band Kiss. As lead guitarist, "Space Ace" was known for his frenetic, atmospheric playing, becoming one of the most popular guitarists in the 70s and spawning a generation of new players. Currently, Frehley, who got sober after leaving Kiss again in 2002, has embarked on a North American concert tour and plans to release his first solo album since 1990 this spring.
