Building Trust 1 Step at a Time!! Reactive Attachment Disorder 2-day training. This fun and informative workshop will define attachment disorder and share in depth survival skills for succeeding with the child with attachment problems. When Love is Not Enough there are solutions! These techniques will bring laughter and love back into the home of a wonderful child.

Thursday, 7/31 will focus on specifics regarding the how's, what's and why's of attachment disorder. Nancy will discuss the impact of attachment disorder on brain development, effective attachment therapies, and parenting strategies. Nancy will also talk about building and effective team, including the roles of parents, therapists, respite providers, educators, and extended families.

Friday, 8/1 will focus on strategies to be used starting with infants and toddlers moving through to the teen years. The various stages of development will be addressed in the context of attachment disordered children. You will be exposed to the most effective strategies to use while focusing on the developmental level of the child as they grow, from infancy and toddlerhood through childhood, adolescence and into the teen years.
