The Global Education Center presents its annual Latin Dance Festival, a weekend of workshops and performances featuring both visiting and local artists sharing Argentine-Tango, Latin Ballroom, Salsa, Flamenco, Mexican Folkloric and Native American Dance and Latin percussion. All workshops take place in the dance studios of the Global Education Center. Performances take place in various venues and include a Latina Cafe, a Fiesta de Baille, and an evening of flamenco music and song featuring the poetry of Spain's belove poet, Garcia Lorca.
