Comdeian Carlos Mencia was born in Honduras to Mexican and Honduran parents and raised in Los Angeles by his aunt and uncle. His style of comedy is often political and involves issues of race, culture, and social class, juxtaposing existing social issues with ethical convention. Carlos' TV show, "The Mind of Mencia," returns for it's fourth season on Comedy Central in May 2008.
