A policeman threatens to arrest the orchestra, because they're making too much noise! Can conductor Kelly convince him that they have the right not to remain silent? This exciting new show features the return of world-renowned comedian Dan Kamin, who taught comedy moves to both Johnny Depp and Robert Downey, Jr.
