Add Review/CommentJoin storyteller Patsy Hatfield Lawson for an hour of stories, lunch and a storytelling workshop. Stories will include The Melungeon Gift, a historical piece about acceptance during Jim Crow laws, Trip to Memphis, an award-winning psychological piece about fear, and Weddings, a family story filled with surprise. Each illustrates a fundamental principle of storytelling skill. Participants will have lunch with Patsy and then focus on learning how to organize and tell their own stories.
Note: This event will be held in the Gaslight Dinner Theatre. The story hour will begin at 11:00am, lunch will start at 12:00pm, and workshops begin at 1:00pm.
