Add Review/CommentIn a special performance as part of The Renaissance Center’s 9th anniversary celebration, storyteller Patsy Hatfield Lawson presents her unique style of Appalachian tales. Stories will include "Leaving Mama", "Learning Basketball" and "Mama and Contests." These stories explore attending school in Tennessee during the 1950s and 1960s. They are a journey back to middle childhood, learning many skills other than school subjects and exploring ethics from a family perspective.
Note: This event will be held in the Gaslight Dinner Theatre. The story hour will begin at 11:00am followed by lunch at 12:00pm.
