First State Bank, in conjunction with The Belcourt Theatre and Belle Meade Plantation, is pleased to bring you the 2008 Barn Door Drive-In! Back by popular demand, the broadside of the Barn at Belle Meade Plantation will be transformed into an old fashioned "Drive In" on Thursday night, June 19.

Reminiscent of summers long ago, families can enjoy an outdoor summer movie while lounging in the paddock behind the 1850s Carriage House. This year's movie, in keeping with the Thoroughbred history of Belle Meade Plantation, will be "The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep" (PG) about a lonely boy who discovers a mysterious egg that hatches into a creature of Scottish legend.

Prior to the screening there will be field races for all ages, a Pony Tail Parade and a Special Equine Appearance! The fun begins at 7:00pm. Concessions available and restrooms are easily accessible.
