Acoustic guitar player and vocalist Glen Phillips of Toad the Wet Sprocket fame plays The Belcourt.  Phillips' last record, Mr Lemons, came out in 2006, as did the EP Unlucky 7. His new EP, Secrets of the New Explorers, is inspired by the new wave of private space travel. Phillips is also involved in a side project with the members of Nickel Creek called Mutual Admiration Society. Joining Glen Phillips is Antje Duvekot.
