A 90 minute walking tour of downtown Franklin by a costumed guide features the best of downtown Franklin's ghost stories and explores some of the crime from Franklin's past --from rape, murder and prostitution to abortion, bootlegging and murder for hire--as well as the horrifying Battle of Franklin and its gruesome aftermath.

The Ghosts and Gore Tour covers about six city blocks. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Most of this tour is wheelchair accessible. Reservations are required.

Helpful Information: Temperatures below 40º are not compatible with our nighttime outdoor walking tour. You'll get chilled and not just from the ghosts! We'll let you know if we're canceling in plenty of time for you to make other plans!
