The Tennessee State Museum will debut the work of noted photographer Nancy Lee Andrews in an exhibition entitled A Dose of Rock 'n' Roll and A Pinch of Country, opening on July 13 and continuing through August 31. Andrews' collection will be presented in two sections and includes approximately 90 images, which span the 1970s to the present. More than half the photographs were shot in Los Angeles and capture musical icons at the peak of pop culture history with the remainder taken in Nashville during the past decade and more. The first section will feature an homage to the rock and roll artists of the 1970s from Ringo Starr and George Harrison to Eric Clapton and Keith Moon, while the second will showcase such country music superstars as Reba McEntire, George Jones and Big and Rich, among others.
