Adult Art Workshop: Silk Scarf Staining

Local textile artist Jennifer Randles will work with participants to explore the color concepts and techniques of the American Color Field artists through the process of "staining" silk scarves similar to the brilliant color compositions on view in the Color As Field: American Painting, 1950-1975 exhibition. Each participant will create a collection of hand-stained scarves.
