Come experience Civil War camp life at Travellers Rest Plantation and Museum! The encampment will include a variety of re-enactors including artillery, infantry, and medical. Tours of the historic house will take place and howitzer demonstrations. Admission includes access to the encampment, demonstrations, historic house tours and a scavenger hunt. Local sutler, Old Hickory Mercantile will have period costumes for sale. Sack lunches and limited concessions (drinks and snacks) will be available for purchase.
