Come kick-off the 2008 United Way Campaign in Middle Tennessee with Songwriters in the Round at LP Field - Stadium Club West. Emcee: Harry Chapman of Belmont University and host of the show "Words & Music" on NewsChannel 5 Plus. Featuring special entertainment by Songwriter Mark Alan Springer and friends from Mas Venture Music. Mark Alan Springer is a renowned country music songwriter, and winner of the BMI Songwriter of the Year Award! He's best known for hits such as Tanya Tucker's "Two Sparrows in a Hurricane," Collin Raye's "One Boy One Girl," and Kenny Chesney's "When I Close My Eyes" and has also written songs for Alabama, Mark Chesnutt, Diamond Rio and Travis Tritt.

Please register by August 21. Free parking is available in Lot S.
