O'Charley's presents Stars for Second Harvest: An Evening with Craig Wiseman and Friends at the Ryman Auditorium! One of country music's most successful songwriters, Craig Wiseman has penned a number of contemporary classics, including Tim McGraw's "Live Like You Were Dying", Brooks & Dunn's "Believe", and Kenny Chesney's "The Good Stuff" - among others. Wiseman began his music career playing drums in bar bands around his hometown of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. In 1985, he moved to Nashville to pursue songwriting; his first success came a few years later when Roy Orbison recorded "The Only One" for his final studio album. Wiseman scored his first #1 hit in 1994 with "If the Good Die Young", recorded by Tracy Lawrence. The Grammy-winning songwriter has topped the charts many times since, supplying hits for McGraw (Everywhere, The Cowboy in Me, Where the Green Grass Grows), Chesney (She's Got It All, Summertime), Toby Keith (Love Me If You Can) and others. Wiseman was named ASCAP's country songwriter of the year in 2003, 2005, and 2007. He stars in The Hitmen of Music Row, a new reality television series on cable channel GAC: Great American Country.
