Nashville Older Worker/Veterans Career Fair

In response to an aging workforce and a tightening labor market, the National Council on Aging and The Employment Guide have combined efforts in order to bring together older workers with companies who seek their talents. Nashville’s Older Worker/Veteran Career Fair is part of the Employ the Older Workers Series, taking place in more than 40 cities across the country.

The Nashville Older Worker/Veteran Career Fair will feature workshops by Nashville Career Advancement Center that will provide helpful hints for the job seeker, resume writing tips, and interviewing tips. At least 50 companies will be at this event. Vision, blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes screenings will also be available. From 12:00pm to 3:00pm this even opens to all job seekers.
