Spooky ghost stories in the house and cemetery are the centerpiece of the Fifth Annual Haunted Halloween at the Historic Carnton Plantation. Visitors will also enjoy the 19th century magic show performed by Professor Richard Barclay, the 'Wizard of Edinburgh and Civil War Conjuror' and a pumpkin glow. Margie Thessin, author of Ghosts of Franklin, will sign copies of her book, which is available for purchase in the Carnton gift shop. Last ghost tour will be at 8:30pm. Food will be available for purchase on site.
