The American Heart Associate is having a FREE Go Healthy Play Day on Saturday, September 13 at Opry Mills mall near Barnes and Noble. The event is set up as small "mini" lessons. There are 15 tables with adult lead activities (taste tests, simon says, hula hoop contests, etc) that feature nutrition and physical activities for kids. Kids are given a "passport" at the beginning. Once they've completed at least 8 mini-lessons (taking about 5 minutes or so each) they can turn their passport in for a prize.

Prizes for the first 300 kids who complete the Play Day!
