Let the holidays begin as Cheekwood showcases the sights and sounds of the season. Enchanting, entertaining, and educational, you are sure to make lasting memories at Cheekwood's Season of Celebration! The gardens and Museum of Art become a holiday fantasy with lavishly decorated grounds and rooms, including trees trimmed by Nashville's own Tim Causey of ReCreations. This year, travel around the world as your view trees adorned in the holiday traditions of countries all over the globe. Enjoy live music in the museum's intimate drawing room each weekend and learn about the many varied holiday customs during the Festival of Holidays. Click here for a complete listing of special holiday activities!

Museum Concert Series: On Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, the museum's intimate Drawing Room features the seasonal sounds of some of Nashville's finest musicians. From bluegrass and big band to choral and classical, there is sure to be something for everyone.

Storytelling and Cookie Decorating: In addition to the regular Saturday AM program, there will be storytelling and cookie decorating in the Learning Center every Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Come cozy up in front of the 1940's fireplace and hear some of your favorite holiday stories. Afterwards, drop by the cookie decorating workshop and create edible works of art with a holiday theme.
