The popular annual fall plant sale will be held on Saturday, October 11. Plants, bulbs and seeds from the historic gardens will be available. Bulbs for sale will include Iris germanica (the state flower), peonies of various colors, lily-of-the-valley, and tuberoses. Hollyhock seeds of various colors, from the historic garden beds dating back to 1820, will be on sale as well as a variety of other plants.

The sale will be held on the lawn outside The Hermitage ticket office. No admission is required to come by and shop.
