    Participants of the Creative Arts Project will be exhibiting their artwork at the Downtown Presbyterian Church for the month of October. The Creative Arts Project is sponsored by the Middle Tennessee Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition (MTMHSAC). The MTMHSAC was established to enable persons with mental illness and substance abuse disorders to express their creativity through art and to help combat stigma within the communitiy about mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse by displaying art work.
