The Salvation Army's Angel Tree Kickoff with Ronnie Milsap

2008 Honorary Spokesperson Ronnie Milsap will join other Salvation Army ambassadors at a Christmas kick-off event on the stage of the Ryman Auditorium. This event will launch The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree, Kroger Food Angel Tree and Red Kettle drives. Also appearing at the kick-off event will be a caroling ensemble from The Nashville Choir and children who have benefited from The Salvation Army programs. The Salvation Army’s Christmas title sponsors Kroger and Millennium Brokerage Group and Nashville Mayor Karl Dean will also be on hand. Milsap's song “What a Difference You’ve Made in My Life” will be used as the 2008 holiday theme song.
