    11:00am - How Can This Be God`s Will? - Visitors will gather at the Stones River National Cemetery rostrum and listen as several soldiers and civilians describe their lives in Murfreesboro in 1862 through General Nathan Bedford Forrest`s July raid.

    1:00pm - It Could Not Well Be Avoided - Many of the same characters will tell visitors about the events of the last half of 1862 leading up to the Battle of Stones River.

    3:00pm - 1895 - Visitors will walk with a ranger from the visitor center into Stones River National Cemetery and step back in time with a bereaved mother and a veteran. We will learn about the terrible losses resulting from the Civil War and understand how those who survived remembered the fallen.
