Blair Signature Series: The Blakemore Trio featuring Carolyn Huebl, violin; Felix Wang, cello; Amy Dorfman, piano. The Trio performs Beethoven's delightful and charming First Trio. The work was written in 1795 while the master was still under Haydn's influence, yet it is a landmark in establishing an equal relationship between the three instruments. The program includes Arensky's Piano Trio in D minor, Op. 32, featuring eloquent and soaring melodies and Russian lyricism and elegance. Sponsored by Delphine and Ken Roberts in memory of David K. Wilson.

Please note: This performance will take place in Ingram Hall. Parking for Blair events is located in the South Garage.
