Always…Patsy Cline is more than a tribute to the legendary country singer who died tragically at age 30 in a plane crash in 1963. The show is based on a true story about Cline’s friendship with a fan from Houston named Louise Seger, who befriended the star in a Texas honky-tonk in l961, and continued a correspondence with Cline until her death. 

The musical play, complete with down home country humor, true emotion and even some audience participation, includes many of Patsy's unforgettable hits such as "Crazy," "I Fall to Pieces," "Sweet Dreams" and "Waking After Midnight" ... 27 songs in all. The show’s title was inspired by Cline's letters to Seger, which were consistently signed "Love ALWAYS ... Patsy Cline.”

      We spent a few days in Nashville and heard from several local folks that this was the show to see. So, we found time in our busy itinerary and purchased ticktes. Wow, what an incredible performance.... Expand

      We spent a few days in Nashville and heard from several local folks that this was the show to see. So, we found time in our busy itinerary and purchased ticktes. Wow, what an incredible performance. The vocals were beyond any I have heard and the content of the story was fabulous. It was humorus, heartwarming and moving. I would recommend this to anyone. If we would have had time, we would have gone to see this show again before we left Nashville. Collapse

      I first saw this show 15 years ago when I discovered Mandy Barnett. If possible, she is even better in the role today with a maturity only time can buy. Her vocals make the hairs on your arms stand... Expand
