Borrowing from her gospel roots, her love for pop and jazz standards, and American Folk music, Tucker has managed to fuse these elements into a style that can best be described as Urban Singer-Songwriter. With subtly soulful undertones, she seeks to convey her pensive, searching, but always-hopeful outlook on life through her music. Based in Nashville, Dara performs at various venues throughout the area.

Join Dara for a rare night of original music Monday, January 12th at the Rutledge. Dara will be performing one set of very personal, groove-oriented music as a part of the Juke Joint series founded by Terri Brinegar.
