Resident Conductor Albert-George Schram, the Nashville Symphony and Chorus and the Blair Children’s Chorus usher in the holidays with this first-ever special featuring everyone’s seasonal favorites. The program ranges from traditional carols and a medley of Santa Claus tunes to such festive international selections as “Brazilian Sleigh Bells.” Audience members are encouraged to sing along, and lyrics will be provided. Beginning one hour prior to the concert, the Schermerhorn lobbies will be filled with a festive mix of hand bell performers, Fannie Battle carolers and various student instrumentalists.
