    Negotiation is an integral business strategy required to enhance organizational conflict resolution. We negotiate to solve problems, improve systems and practices, resolve complaints, and deal with internal crises. The Scarlett Leadership Institute’s two-day workshop gives participants proven, practical skills to successfully navigate negotiation challenges.
