In partnership with Doug Stone from the Triad Consulting Group the Scarlett Leadership Institute presents a one-day workshop on handling difficult conversations. Participants will be given the framework for engaging in difficult conversations with less anxiety and more success, in ways that promote problem solving and preserve relationships.
