Come celebrate Black History Month with a Blues and Jazz concert to benefit 2nd CHANCES. Nashville 's Queen of Blues - Marion James along with 6 other legendary musicians; Billy Cox, Jimmy Otey, James Nixon, Deford Bailey, John Greene, Larry Boullion will be performing.
