Celebrating its 20th year, The 2009 Franklin Jazz Festival is one of the longest running jazz festivals in the southeast. It has been a popular labor day tourist stop for years. Its purpose is to acquaint the public with the restored historic downtown area, to showcase high quality superb musical entertainment, and to raise funds to continue to revitalize downtown using historic preservation methods. 

Beside live music, there are kids activities, vendors, food and fun. Come enjoy the 20th annual Franklin Jazz Festival, proudly benefitting BrightStone and the Gear Foundation.

Featuring:  Cissy Crutcher, 12 Against Nature, Perry Danos, Mingo Fishtrap, Rafael Vasquez and the San Rafael, One Leg Up, Bonnie Bramlett, and Nashville Jazz Orchestra.
