The Patrons Party takes place the Friday before the Nashville Public Library Literary Award Gala and will be held at a private home in Nashville. The Patrons Party will honor Doris Kearns Goodwin, the distinguished author to be awarded the 2009 Nashville Public Library Literary Award on Saturday, November 7, 2009. The evening includes a personal conversation with John Seigenthaler and the author.
