Everyone has a role in keeping children safe, and Andrea Walks V is a way to educate parents and children about the resources the Nashville Children's Alliance (formerly Nashville Child Advocacy Center) brings to children and families. Nashville Mayor Karl Dean and Nashville's First Lady Anne Davis are Honorary Chairs of Andrea Walks V, which will honor Tennessee's First Lady Andrea Conte for her dedication to and support of child abuse victims and their families.

This 5K walk, held annually during Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month, raises funds to support and sustain the work of the Nashville Children's Alliance. The walk kicks off at The Bandshell in Centennial Park.
