    Do you have a play or screenplay you have been developing? Would you like a chance to meet with other writers and receive feedback, advice, and constructive criticism? This writing workshop will offer tools to playwrights and screenwriters who are in the development process. Participants will be asked to bring in an original script at whatever stage it is in to be workshopped in class. Each participant will have the opportunity to hear the play read aloud and receive feedback. The participants will then have the opportunity to complete another draft of their work and receive additional reading and feedback. This workshop is a unique opportunity to bring the writing community of Nashville together to learn from each other and work through some of the pitfalls of play development.

    Dates: Jan. 11, Feb. 15, March 22, April 19, and May 10, 2009
