    The next "Snap on 2 & 4" at the Nashville Jazz Workshop is Friday, April 10 at 8:00pm, and features the Pat Coil Quartet.

    It's always a treat when Pat Coil appears in the jazz cave. He's one of most gifted, inventive, and swinging musicians around. His recent CD, Birdhouse has gotten rave reviews. His resume includes stints with pop greats (Barbra Streisand, Michael McDonald) and jazz masters (Carmen McRae, Woody Herman, Nancy Wilson). This "Snap on 2&4" finds Pat in a quartet setting, with Derrek Phillips (drums), Jonathan Wires (bass), and Don Aliquo (sax).
