    The Meisner Technique is designed to sharpen your instincts and help you become truthful under imaginary circumstances. The technique is built on a series of exercises which work in sequence to unlock your intuition. For that reason, all students begin at Level One regardless of experience. New and seasoned actors benefit from working side-by-side "in the moment." If you've always wanted to study acting, this is a perfect place to start. 

    Meisner developed a series of exercises to be taken in sequence. It is important that all actors begin at Level One regardless of experience. Classes are held once a week. In addition, students are required to work with partners outside of class 2-3 times per week. To really absorb the technique, students must put in the time.
