    Nashville's 2009 "Week of the Young Child" is starting off with an afternoon adventure packed with fun at Nashville Zoo. Explore the Zoo's many exotic exhibits while you make your way through an array of entertaining children's activities that begin at 2:00pm.

    Nashville Vice Mayor Diane Neighbors will officially kick-off "Week of the Young Child" in the Zoo's amphitheater. Then, keep your seats for one of the Zoo's award-winning animal shows! Check out the Zoo's Wild and Crafty Animal Tales happening later during "Week of the Young Child."
