Did you know that Cheekwood’s Robertson Ellis Color Garden is designed to attract butterflies each year? These colorful insects add beauty, charm, and a living dimension to the garden. Join us to learn about the many species of Lepidoptera common at Cheekwood and to explore their fascinating lifecycles from larvae to chrysalis to adults. Want to attract more ‘flying flowers’ to your garden? Using the Color Garden as an example, we will discover which plants and design techniques will attract butterflies to your landscape.
