At NSAI, "IT ALL BEGINS WITH A SONG" and it's time to educate our fellow songwriters. SONG CAMP combines the best elements from our previous camps into one power-packed event. It will run July 17-19 and is open to a limited number of attendees. Writers at all experience levels are brought together for three days of craft, craft and more craft! Our dedicated core faculty (James Dean Hicks, Angela Kaset and Don Henry) will meet with each writer to break down material and to get to the guts of not just what is written, but why it's written that way. Everyone will receive song-critique sessions along with special lectures from two of the best songwriter/instructors in the business -- Rick Beresford and Jason Blume. To learn more or register, visit www.nashvillesongwriters.com!

Information about Song Camp: Campers will be treated to morning, lecture-based sessions focusing on new and innovative exercises and approaches to his/her individual craft writing. Afternoon sessions include 6 Pro Song Breakdowns, featuring each of our dedicated core faculty members. You'll learn what makes each of them tick as they dissect and analyze their own songs. Then you'll apply that valuable information to your won writing as you prepare for your 2 song critique sessions.
